Claims (1)
- 還元性のガスを導入するガス導入口と、排気口
とを備えた真空容器内に箔を巻付けたロールと、
該ロールから箔を巻取るロールとを有し、これら
ロール間には箔を曲げて誘導するガイドロールと
、該ガイドロール上の箔に臨ませた水冷式放電電
極と、放電処理後の箔に直接通電を行わせる金属
ロールとを設けたことを特徴とする箔用熱処理装
置。
