Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、シートクツシヨンフレームにおい
て、シートスプリング構造を単純化することによ
り生産性の向上、及びコスト低減することを目的
としたシート構造に関するものである。
従来、この種のシートクツシヨンフレームにお
けるシートスプリングは第１図及び第２図に示す
ように、シートフレーム１の間にプルマばね、す
だればね、或いはＳ字ばね等のばね材２をコイル
スプリング３等を介して張設したシート構造があ
る。
ところが従来のシートにおけるスプリング構造
では部品点数が多く組立工数も複雑で面倒である
等の欠点があつた。
この発明は、上述した従来構造の欠点を解消す
るためになされたもので、すだればね、Ｓ字ばね
等多数のばねを組み合わせてなる網状ばねを使用
せず。一本の鋼線をメインばねとしてフレームの
両側面からコイルスプリングを介して張設してな
り、部品点数及び組立工数を大幅に削減して、コ
スト低減を図ることを目的としたシート構造を提
供するものである。
以下、この発明による実施例を第３図ないし第
５図にもとづいて詳細に説明する。
第３図は、シートの前側はフツク１５で、後側
はコイルばね１４を介してシートクツシヨンフレ
ーム１０に取付けたものである。シートクツシヨ
ンフレーム１０には車体取付用ブラケツト１１、
及びリヤバツクシート（図示せず）の取付用回転
ヒンジ１２が固着されている。また、シートクツ
シヨンフレーム１０の両側部又は前後部には所定
の間隔毎にばねの係止孔１０ａが多数穿孔されて
いる。
１３はこの発明によるメインばねであり、１本
の鋼線を水平方向に複数個ジグザグ状に折曲加工
してなるものである。
上記メインばね１３の折曲部１３ａは多数のコ
イルばね１４を介してシートクツシヨンフレーム
１０のばねの係止孔１０ａに掛止めされてシート
スプリングが構成される。
第４図は、この発明による他の実施例を示すメ
インばね１３の斜視図であり、１本の鋼線をジグ
ザグ状に折曲加工するとともに、メインばね１３
の両端部及び中間部の所定位置に複数巻のコイル
状部１３ｂを形成してなるものであり、第５図に
示すように、シートクツシヨンフレーム１０の係
止孔１０ａにメインばね１３の両端部を直接掛止
めするとともに、中程はコイルばね１４を介して
掛止めしてなるものである。
以上詳細に説明したように、この発明によるシ
ート構造は、シートクツシヨンフレームに１本の
鋼線をジグザグ状に折曲加工したメインばねをコ
イルばねを介して掛止めしてなる簡単な構造であ
り、従来のシートスプリングに比してばねの数が
大幅に削減され、しかも組立工数が少なくて済む
ので安価に製造できる等実用上の効果を奏する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ １本の鋼線を水平方向に複数個折曲させてジ
    グザグ状に形成したメインばねをシートクツシヨ
    ンフレームの両側部又は前後部よりコイルばねを
    介して張設してなることを特徴とするシート構
    造。 ２ 上記メインばねの両端部及び中間部の所定位
    置に複数巻のコイル状部を形成したことを特徴と
    する特許請求の範囲第１項記載のシート構造。
