Claims (1)
- 磁石を内蔵し、電界と略直交する方向に磁場を
形成してスパツタリングを行なう同軸型マグネト
ロンスパツタ装置において、前記磁石として、棒
状強磁性体の一端にコイルを巻回し、コイルの巻
回されていない部分のみをターゲツト内に挿設し
てなる電磁石を用いることを特徴とする同軸型マ
グネトロンスパツタ装置。
