ード出力を差動アンプで演算処理して光ビーム位
置信号を出力するように構成したことを特徴とす
るレーザ光のフアイバ入力装置。 (2) 前記光学系として、球レンズとシリンドリ
カルレンズよりなる非点収差光学系を用いたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
のレーザ光のフアイバ入力装置。 (3) 前記光学系として、2つの格子と光検出器
を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載のレーザ光のフアイバ入力装置。 (4) 前記差動アンプの後に、レーザ光の強さに
