Claims (1)
光のフアイバ入力装置において、ハーフミラーに
より2分した光の一方を光フアイバに、他方を光
学系に導くと共に、光学系の通過光を4分割フオ
トダイオードで受け、これら4分割フオトダイオ
ード出力を差動アンプで演算処理して光ビーム位
置信号を出力するように構成したことを特徴とす
るレーザ光のフアイバ入力装置。 (2) 前記光学系として、球レンズとシリンドリ
カルレンズよりなる非点収差光学系を用いたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
のレーザ光のフアイバ入力装置。 (3) 前記光学系として、2つの格子と光検出器
を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
