Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外観検査装置に加えて形状検査装置を検査ライ
    ンに設け、検査ラインの入側には予め複数枚積重
    ね状態としたＩＣリードフレームを１枚当て検査
    ライン上に移載するローデイング装置を、そして
    検査ラインの出側には外観検査装置又は形状検査
    装置のいずれかの信号により良品・不良品として
    のＩＣリードフレームを検査ライン上から取出す
    良品・不良品取出装置を、各々配したＩＣリード
    フレームの自動検査装置であつて、 上記外観検査装置は、検査対象としてのＩＣリ
    ードフレームに光を照射する照射手段と、照射さ
    れた光の反射光よりＩＣリードフレームの画像を
    得る検査用テレビカメラを少なくとも備え、該検
    査用テレビカメラにて得られる画像と基準画像と
    を比較・解析してＩＣリードフレームのパターン
    形状及びメツキの外観状態を検知し、 上記形状検査装置は、ＩＣリードフレームを両
    面側から挾持する導電性の一対のケースと、両ケ
    ース内に各々絶縁状態で対応設置され且つ基準と
    なる正規形状のＩＣリードフレームを挾持した際
    該ＩＣリードフレームの両面に対し微小間隔を置
    いて接近配置される、導電性の接触子とを少なく
    とも備え、検査対象としてのＩＣリードフレーム
    をケース同士及び接触子同士の間で挾持した際の
    ケースと接触子との電気的な導通・非導通にてＩ
    Ｃリードフレームの変形形状を検知するものであ
    ることを特徴とするＩＣリードフレームの自動検
    査装置。
