めの斜視図である。 Ａ，Ｂ…低圧車室上半外車室、Ｃ…高中圧車室
上半外車室、Ｄ…クロスオーバー管、Ｆ…同クロ
スオーバー管の取付用フランジ、１…低圧車室外
車室の締付ボルト、２…同外車室のジヤツキアツ
プ用ネジ孔、３…低圧車室上半外車室の両側フラ
ンジ部、４…建地パイプの下端足部材、５…固定
ボルト、６…建地パイプ、７…根元側連結パイプ
、８，９…足場受けパイプ、１０…筋交パイプ、
１１，１２…手摺りパイプ、１３…足場板。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蒸気タービンの高中圧車室上半外車室Ｃ及び低
    圧車室上半外車室Ａ，Ｂの上部にフランジＦによ
    るボルト締付で取付けられているクロスオーバー
    管Ｄを、タービン本体Ｔの定期点検時などの分解
    ・組立に際して、取外し及び取付けするために用
    いられる作業足場であつて、低圧車室上半外車室
    Ａ，Ｂの締付ボルト１とジヤツキアツプ用ネジ孔
    ２を利用して低圧車室上半外車室Ａ，Ｂの両側フ
    ランジ部３にボルト止着される足部材４を下端に
    有し該足部材４の前記締付ボルト１及び固定ボル
    ト５による取付けで低圧車室上半外車室Ａ，Ｂの
    左右両側フランジ部３の上に前後方向に所定の間
    隔を置いて立設固定される複数本の建地パイプ６
    と、この建地パイプ６の根元部に取付けられ左右
    両側の各建地パイプ６を前後方向に連結する根元
    側連結パイプ７と、各建地パイプ６の上部に前後
    方向および左右方向に掛渡して取付けられる複数
    本の足場受けパイプ８，９と、この左右方向の足
    場受けパイプ９と前記根元側連結パイプ７との間
    に斜めに取付けられる複数本の筋交パイプ１０と
    、前記建地パイプ６の足場受けパイプ取付部より
    上部位に取付けられる複数本の手摺りパイプ１１
    ，１２と、前記足場受けパイプ８，９の上に敷設
    される複数枚の足場板１３とからなる組立式の作
    業足場として構成され、この組立作業足場の取付
    け状態で低圧車室上半外車室Ａ，Ｂの分解吊り上
    げを可能としたことを特徴とするタービン本体ク
    ロスオーバー管の取外し取付け用作業足場。
