Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce measurement errors by providing a beam which plural strain gauges are stuck and blocks for fitting an object to be measured are attached on both sides and an arithmetic circuit which output terminals of respective strain gauges are connected and calculates vibration energy flows at measurement points. CONSTITUTION:The blocks 3a and 3b are fitted to the beam 1 whose vibration energy flow is to be measured at positions + or -delta/2 centering about a measurement point X0, and both ends of a beam 2 for detection where plural strain gauges 4a-4d are stuck in a longitudinal direction at proper intervals are fixed to the blocks 3a and 3b. The output terminals of the gauges 4a-4d are connected to the arithmetic circuit 5. Then when the beam 1 vibrates at an angular velocity omega, strain generated in the beam 2 is considered to be the displacement of the blocks 3a and 3b, so the stain of the beam 2 is sent to the circuit 5 through the gauges 4a-4d and processed to find the vibration energy flow of the beam 1. Thus, measurement errors are reduced.
