示す要部拡大斜視図、第２図は本考案の第二の実
施例に係るリードフレームをセラミツクＩＣパツ
ケージのベース基板に取り付けたところを示す要
部拡大斜視図、第３図は従来のリードフレームを
ベース基板に取り付けたところを示す斜視図であ
る。 １，２１……金属端子、２，２２……メツキ用
タイバー、４，２４……リードフレーム。

  1. 複数の金属端子をメツキ用タイバーによつて連
    結してなるものにおいて、金属端子がＪ字形状で
    あつて、前記タイバーがそのＪ字頭部の位置にあ
    ることを特徴とするＩＣパツケージのリードフレ
    ーム。
