Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光源と、該光源からの光を屈折して密封容器
の蓋面を含む領域を照射する光線とする大口径レ
ンズと、この大口径レンズからの光線の一部を透
過させ上記密封容器の蓋面からの反射光を反射さ
せるビームスプリツタと、該ビームスプリツタか
らの反射光を集光する集光レンズと、その集光さ
れた光を検知するイメージセンサと、このイメー
ジセンサの出力レベルを基準値と比較して良否判
定信号を出力する比較回路とを備えたことを特徴
とする密封容器の真空度検査装置。 ２ 前記光源がハロゲンランプである実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載の密封容器の真空度検
査装置。 ３ 前記ビームスプリツタから集光レンズを介し
てイメージセンサに入光する光軸を、前記密封容
器の検査位置への搬送方向とほぼ直交する向きに
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載の密封容器の真空度検査装置。
