- 中央に機能素子領域を設け、その外周にボンデ
イング用パツドを配置した半導体チツプを収納体
に収納し、上記パツドと収納体の接続端子とをワ
イヤリードを介して結線した半導体集積回路装置
であつて、上記ボンデイング用パツドは半導体チ
ツプの周辺に多列に設けられていることを特徴と
した半導体集積回路装置。
