Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液晶パネルを背面より照射する発光体を高
    輝度及び低輝度駆動に切替えることができる調光
    入力端を有する発光体駆動回路と、 電池用接続端子対、及び電源アダプター用接続
    端子対を有し、これら端子対からの電池電圧及び
    電源アダプター電圧のいずれか一方を電源電圧と
    して選択的に出力する電源切換え手段と、 この電源切換え手段からの電源電圧がいずれの
    系統から供給されているかを判別し、電池からの
    場合は前記調光入力端に低輝度発光を指示する信
    号を入力し、電源アダプターからの場合は高輝度
    発光を指示する信号を入力する使用電源判別手段
    と、 を具備したことを特徴とする液晶テレビジヨン受
    像機の電力節減装置。 (2) 前記使用電源判別手段は、電池用接続端子
    対、及び電源アダプター用接続端子対の対応する
    端間に接続された逆電圧阻止用ダイオードに流れ
    る電流を検出して判別することを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の液晶テレビジ
    ヨン受像機の電力節減装置。 (3) 前記使用電源判別手段は、電池及び電源ア
    ダプターから供給される電圧値の違いによつて判
    別することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲

    減装置。
