Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 밀봉형 혼합공간(5); 상기 밀봉형 혼합공간(5) 안에서 회전축을 중심으로 구동될 수 있는 분산도구(2)로서, 구동부(drive)(4)의 힘을 상기 분산도구(2)에 전달하기 위한 로드(rod)형 부재(3)를 구비하는 분산도구(2); 및 상기 혼합공간(5) 외부에 위치하는 구동부(drive)(4);를 포함하는 분산장치로서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 상기 혼합공간(5)으로 진입하는 위치에서 상기 혼합공간(5)의 내벽(7)의 일부인 멤브레인(membrane)(6)에 연결되며,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 상기 구동부(4)에 의해 텀블링(tumbling) 운동을 하도록 설정될 수 있어, 상기 혼합공간(5)의 내부의 상기 로드형 부재(3)의 말단이 원운동을 할 수 있으며,상기 분산도구(2)는 치부(teeth) 또는 절단에지(cutting edge)(12)를 가지는 외부의 고정 링(fixed ring)(2b); 및 치부(teeth) 또는 절단에지(cutting edge)(12)를 가지며, 상기 고정 링(2b)에 대하여 동축으로(coaxially) 배열된 회전부재(2a)를 포함하고,상기 혼합공간(5) 내의 상기 로드형 부재(3)의 말단은 회전축에 대하여 편심되어 상기 분산도구(2)에 결합되며,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 작동위치에서 상기 회전부재(2a)의 간극(clearance)(16)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 상기 회전부재(2a)의 간극(16)에 느슨하게(loosely) 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 멤브레인(6)은 양측에 배치된 로드형 부재(3)를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는, 상기 구동부(4)에 대향하는 말단이 상기 구동부(4)의 회전하는 부분의 편심영역에 느슨하게 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 구동부(4)는, 횡방향으로 배치되어 구동축과 동축방향으로 회전하고 인접된 상기 로드형 부재의 말단을 지지하는 횡단 핀(4d)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 상기 멤브레인(6)과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3) 및 상기 멤브레인(6)은 상호 접합에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 접합(adhesive), 플랜지연결, 용접, 클램핑결합 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 연결방식에 의하여 상기 멤브레인(6)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는, 2개의 부재로 분리되어 상기 멤브레인(6)의 양측에 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 직선으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산도구(2)와 대향하는, 상기 로드형 부재(3)의 말단은, 상기 분산도구(2)의 개구부에 간극을 두고 느슨하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산도구(2)의 회전축은 수직으로 배치되며,상기 로드형 부재(3)는 하부에서 상부로 또는 상부에서 하부로 상기 분산도구(2)의 간극(16)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산도구(2)는 상기 혼합공간(5)의 내부의 가장자리 말단부(heel)(11)상에 분리될 수 있게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산도구(2)의 외부의, 고정 링(2b)은 고정, 클램핑 결합, 접합 또는 형태결합에 의하여 상기 혼합공간(5)의 내벽(7)의 내측에 회전하지 않고 이동하지 않도록 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합공간(5)에는 분리될 수 있는 커버(cover)(8)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합공간의 커버(8) 안에는, 관통가능한 멤브레인(13)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로드형 부재(3)를 지지하는 멤브레인(6)은 관통가능한 멤브레인으로서 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산도구(2)의 회전부재(2a)는, 서로에 대하여 분리될 수 있고 작동위치에서 회전하지 않도록 연결되는, 두 개의 부분들로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전축에 평행한 내벽(7)에는 돌출부 또는 리브(rib)로 이루어진 흐름차단장치(10)가 부분적으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 흐름차단장치(10)는 상기 분산도구(2)에 구비된 홈(14)에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산장치의 몸체(9), 상기 분산도구(2), 상기 로드형 부재(3), 및 상기 멤브레인(6)은 일회용 품목으로서, 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산장치.
