Claims (8)
- 사슬이동제로서 알킬기의 탄소수가 4-20개인 알킬에스테르기를 함유하는 메르캅탄, 및/또는 중합개시제로서 3차-부틸퍼옥시기를 함유하는 유기 과산화물을 사용하여 알킬(메타)크릴레이트 또는 알킬(메타)크릴레이트 및 이와 공중합가능한 또다른 비닐모노머를 중합함으로써 수득되는 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 300,000의 열가소성 수지용 가공성 개량제.
- 제1항에 있어서,알킬(메타)크릴레이트로서 에스테르 결합 이외에 산소원자를 함유하는 (메타)크릴레이트 0.1-10중량%, 또다른 알킬아크릴레이트 10-99.9중량% 및 이것과 공중합가능한 또다른 비닐모노머 0-89.9중량%를 중합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성 개량제.
- 제1항에 있어서,3차-부틸퍼옥시기를 함유하는 유기 과산화물의 첨가량이 총 모노머 100중량부에 대하여 0.1-5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성 개량제.
- 열가소성 수지 100중량부와 제1항에 따른 열가소성 수지용 가공성 개량제 0.1-20중량부로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,열가소성 수지가 염화비닐계 수지, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카보네이트 메타크릴수지 또는 ABS계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,에스테르 결합 외에 산소원자를 함유하는 (메타)크릴레이트가 에폭시기 함유 (메타)크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성 개량제.
- 제2항에 있어서,에스테르 결합 외에 산소원자를 함유하는 (메타)크릴레이트가 히드록시기 함유 (메타)크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성 개량제.
- 제2항에 있어서,에스테르 결합 외에 산소원자를 함유하는 (메타)크릴레이트가 알콕시기 함유 (메타)크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성 개량제.
