Claims (20)
- 열가소성 섬유를 함유하는 부직 웹을 제공하고;상기 부직 웹을 흡수성 스테이플 섬유와 결합(entangle)시켜 첫번째 표면 및 두번째 표면을 한정하는 복합 재료를 형성하며;상기 복합 재료의 첫번째 표면을 연마하는 것을 포함하는, 직물의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 섬유가 연속적인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부직 웹이 스펀본드 웹인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 웹이 폴리올레핀 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 스테이플 섬유가 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 스테이플 섬유가 상기 복합 재료의 약 50중량% 초과, 바람직하게는 약 60중량% 내지 약 90중량%를 구성하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직 웹이 상기 흡수성 스테이플 섬유와 수력 결합된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료의 첫번째 표면을 연마 입자, 보풀화 와이어, 또는 이들의 조합과 접촉시킴으로써 상기 연마를 수행하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자가 약 1 내지 약 1000마이크론, 바람직하게는 20 내지 약 200마이크론, 바람직하게는 약 30 내지 약 100마이크론의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료의 첫번째 표면을 고정 롤과 접촉시킴으로써 상기 연마를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료의 첫번째 표면을 시계방향 또는 시계반대방향으로 회전하는 롤과 접촉시킴으로써 상기 연마를 수행하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 상기 롤에 대해 직선 방향으로 이동하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 1분당 약 100 내지 약 4000피트, 바람직하게는 1분당 약 1500 내지 약 3000피트의 직선 속도로 이동하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 이동하는 방향에 대해 반대 방향으로 상기 롤이 회전하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 롤이 1분당 약 500 내지 약 6000회전, 바람직하게는 1분당 약 1000 내지 약 4000회전의 속도로 회전하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료의 두번째 표면을 연마하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 스펀본드 웹이 펄프 섬유와 수력 결합되고, 상기 펄프 섬유가 복합 직물의 약 50중량% 초과를 구성하며, 복합 직물의 적어도 하나의 표면이 연마된 것인, 열가소성 폴리올레핀 섬유를 함유하는 스펀본드 웹을 포함하는 복합 직물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 연마된 표면이, 연마되지 않은 것을 제외하고는 동일한 복합 직물의 연마되지 않은 표면의 섬유보다 더욱 균일한 방향으로 배열된 섬유를 함유하는 복합 직물.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 연마된 표면이, 연마되지 않은 것을 제외하고는 동일한 복합 직물의 연마되지 않은 표면보다 더 많은 수의 노출된 섬유를 함유하는 복합 직물.
- 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마된 표면이 다수의 상기 펄프 섬유 또는 다수의 상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 섬유를 함유하는 것인 복합 직물.
