Claims (23)
- 지혈 점토 물질을 제공하는 단계;
기질을 제공하는 단계;
높은-G 알지네이트 염(high-G alginate salt)을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질을 상기 기질에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 지혈 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염은 50 몰% 이상의 만누로네이트(mannuronate)에 대한 글루로네이트(guluronate)의 비율을 갖고;
상기 지혈 장치는 출혈을 치료할 때, 상기 장치의 적용이 응고의 가속화를 보조하기 위하여 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 일부의 혈액과의 직접적 접촉을 일으킬 수 있도록 구성된 것인, 지혈 장치를 제조하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 가교제를 사용하여 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염을 가교하여 가교 결합제를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 가교 결합제는 혈액에 노출될 때, 상기 기질 상에 지혈 점토 물질을 고정화시키는 효과를 갖는 것인 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 염화 칼슘인 것인 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질이 상기 기질에 적용된 후에, 상기 기질을 세척하여 결합되지 않은 성분을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지혈 점토 물질이 상기 기질에 적용되어 지혈 장치가 제공된 후에, 상기 기질에 건조 과정을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지혈 장치를 멸균하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염은 높은-G 소듐 알지네이트, 높은-G 포타슘 알지네이트, 및 높은-G 암모늄 알지네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염은 높은-G 소듐 알지네이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 소듐 알지네이트의 가용성 부분이 상기 기질 상에 남아 있게 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기질은 다음 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 방법: 거즈 물질, 직물 물질(woven material), 스폰지, 스폰지 매트릭스, 가닥(strand), 섬유(fiber), 천(fabric), 또는 발포 중합체(foamed polymer).
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기질은 부직포(non-woven material) 또는 직물인 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 하나는 분무 과정에 의해 상기 기질에 적용되는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 하나는 슬롯 다이(slot die)를 사용하여 상기 기질에 적용되는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 하나는 롤러(roller)를 사용하여 상기 기질에 적용되는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 하나는 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 액체에 상기 기질을 침지함으로써 적용되는 것인 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 염 및 지혈 점토 물질은 수성 매질(aqueous medium) 중 함께 혼합되고, 기질에 함께 적용되는 것인 방법.
- 기질;
지혈 물질; 및
상기 기질 상에 지혈 점토 물질을 포획하도록 구성된 높은-G 알지네이트 결합제를 포함하는 지혈 장치로서,
상기 높은-G 알지네이트는 50 몰% 이상의 만누로네이트(mannuronate)에 대한 글루로네이트(guluronate)의 비율을 갖고;
상기 장치는 출혈을 치료할 때, 상기 장치의 적용이 응고의 가속화를 보조하기 위하여 지혈 점토 물질의 적어도 일부의 혈액과의 직접적 접촉을 일으킬 수 있도록 구성된 것인, 지혈 장치. - 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 결합제는 가교된 것인 지혈 장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 높은-G 알지네이트 결합제는 이온 가교 및/또는 공유 가교를 포함하는 것인 지혈 장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 기질은 다음 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 지혈 장치: 거즈 물질, 직물 물질(woven material), 스폰지, 스폰지 매트릭스, 직물(woven fabric), 부직포(non-woven fabric), 또는 발포 중합체(foamed polymer).
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 항생제, 항진균제, 항미생물제, 항염증제, 진통제, 항히스타민제, 은 또는 구리 이온을 함유하는 화합물, 및 그들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 약학적 활성 조성물을 더 포함하는 것인 지혈 장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 기질은 면, 실크, 울(wool), 플라스틱, 셀룰로오스, 레이온, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 발포체, PHEMA 발포체, 폴리아크릴산 발포체, 저밀도 폴리에테르, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리하이드록시부티레이트 메틸 메타크릴레이트(polyhydroxybutyrate methyl methacrylate), 폴리 메틸메타크릴레이트(poly methylmethacrylate), 또는 그들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것인 지혈 장치.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 기질은 상기 기질의 형태가 출혈 상처의 형태에 대응되게 변형되고, 및 출혈 상처의 형태를 갖도록 유연한 것인 지혈 장치.
