Abstract
a) 상기 액세서리가 상기 융용된 패리슨에 의해 둘러싸이도록 상기 액세서리와 상기 패리슨을, 적어도 하나의 이동식 부재가 구비되어 있는 공동부들을 포함하는 주형 내에 도입하는 단계;
b) 가압가스를 상기 패리스 내로 주입하여 상기 패리슨의 프리블로우성형을 수행하는 단계;
c) 상기 이동식 부재를 사용하여 상기 프리블로우성형된 패리슨을 상기 액세서리를 향해 국부적으로 가압함으로써, 상기 패리슨을 뚫지 않으면서 상기 패리슨과 상기 액세서리를 단단하게 부착시키는 단계;
d) 상기 가압가스를 사용하여 상기 패리슨을 상기 주형 공동부들에 대해 평평하게 만듦으로써 상기 주형을 폐쇄하고 상기 패리슨을 최종 블로우 성형하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 주형으로부터 상기 탱크를 제거하는 단계

- 내부 액세서리(2)를 가지며, 패리슨(5)으로부터 제조된 플라스틱 벽을 가지는 연료탱크를 제조하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 장치는
- 두 개의 주형 공동부들을 포함하는 주형(1)으로서, 상기 주형 공동부들은 성형대상인 연료탱크의 외부 표면에 상응하는 내부 표면(1',1') 을 가지는, 주형(1),
- 상기 주형(1)의 개방 위치, 중간 폐쇄 위치 및 폐쇄 위치를 제공하도록 배치된, 상기 주형(1)의 두 개의 주형 공동부들을 이동시키기 위한 수단,
- 압출헤드로부터 상기 패리슨(5)을 압출하기 위한 수단,
- 상기 내부 액세서리(2)를 지지하기 위한 수단 (3;3',3")
