Claims (10)
- 디술폰산 또는 그 염을 포함한 헴 단백질의 보존액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 디술폰산 또는 그 염이 쇄식 탄화수소기 또는 환식 탄화수소기 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 디술폰산 또는 그 염으로,
상기 쇄식 탄화수소기가 분지상 혹은 직쇄상의 탄화수소기이고, 분지상의 상기 쇄식 탄화수소기의 주쇄 혹은 직쇄상의 상기 쇄식 탄화수소기의 탄소수가 1 내지 10 중 어느 하나인 디술폰산 또는 그 염,
상기 환식 탄화수소기가 시클로알킬렌기 혹은 아릴기이고, 상기 환식 탄화수소기의 탄소수가 3 내지 10 중 어느 하나인 디술폰산 또는 그 염 및
상기 시클로알킬렌기 혹은 상기 아릴기가 1개 이상의 치환된 질소 원자를 갖는 디술폰산 또는 그 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 디술폰산 또는 그 염이 메탄 디술폰산, 에탄 디술폰산, 프로판 디술폰산, 부탄 디술폰산, 나프탈렌 디술폰산, 피페라진-N,N'-비스(2-에탄술폰산) 또는 그 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 디술폰산 또는 그 염의 농도가 0.001mol/L 이상 0.3mol/L 이하인 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
N-(2-히드록시에틸)피페라진-N'-에탄술폰산을 더 포함하는 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
표준 시료 또는 대조군 시료로서 이용되는 헴 단백질을 더 포함하는 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
면역학적 측정에 이용되는 헴 단백질의 보존액. - 헴 단백질을 포함한 시료 중에 디술폰산 또는 그 염을 공존시키는 헴 단백질의 안정화 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 디술폰산 또는 그 염의 농도가 0.001mol/L 이상 0.3mol/L 이하인 헴 단백질의 안정화 방법. - 헴 단백질과 항헴단백질 항체를 디술폰산 또는 그 염의 존재 하에서 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 헴 단백질의 면역학적 측정 방법.
