Claims (1)
- 제1도전층과 제2도전층 사이에 협지된 하나 이상의 물질층을 포함하는 광학 디바이스를 제조하는 방법으로서,
(i) 상기 제1도전층의 가공 면을 위로 하여 상기 제1도전층을 포함하는 기판을 수용하는 단계;
(ii) 기판의 둘레에서 상기 제1도전층의 제1폭을 상기 기판의 둘레를 따라 10% 내지 90% 제거하는 단계;
(iii) 상기 광학 디바이스의 하나 이상의 물질 층과 상기 제2도전층이 상기 제1도전층을 피복(cover)하고, 상기 제1도전층을 지나 기판의 둘레에서 제1폭으로 연장되도록 상기 하나 이상의 물질 층과 상기 제2도전층을 증착하는 단계;
(iv) 상기 기판의 전체 둘레를 따라 기판의 둘레에서 제2폭을 제거하며 상기 제2 폭이 제1 폭 보다 좁고, 제거 깊이는 적어도 상기 제1도전층을 제거하도록 충분한 것인, 상기 제2폭을 제거하는 단계;
(v) 상기 제2도전층 및 제 2 도전층 아래의 광학 디바이스의 하나 이상의 물질 층을 제거하여, 상기 제1도전층의 적어도 하나의 노출 부분을 드러내는 단계; 및
(vi) 제1 도전층을 피복하지 않는 부분 상에 있는 제2 도전층에 제1 버스 바를 부착하고, 상기 제1도전층의 상기 적어도 한 노출 부분에 제2버스 바를 부착하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1도전층과 상기 제2도전층 중 적어도 하나는 투명한 것인, 광학 디바이스의 제조 방법.
