Claims (25)
- 수성의 음이온성 폴리우레탄 분산액과 하이드로플루오로실릭산염으로 이루어지며 틱소트로피성(thixotropic)을 나타내고 산성의 pH를 가지 수성 코팅조성물.
- 제1항의 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 분산액이 10내지 50중량%의 고체함량을 함유한 코팅조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 분산액이 20 내지 35중량%의 고체함량을 함유한 코팅조성물.
- 제1항의 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄이 교차결합된 폴리우레탄인 코팅조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로실릭산염이 나트륨실리코플루오라이드 및 칼륨실리코플루오라이드중에서 선택된 것인 코팅조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 pH를 7이하로 유지시키기 위해 완충제를 첨가시킨 코팅조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 완충제가 보락스인 코팅조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이온적으로 유화된 네오프렌라텍스를 첨가시킨 코팅조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 네오프렌 라텍스가 상기 조성물 고체중량의 65중량%이하로 존재하는 코팅조성물.
- 틱소트로피성 폴리우레탄 수성 분산액을 기질표면에 적용시키고, 상기 분산액을 건조시켜 상기 기질상에 미세다공성 표면을 형성시킴으로써 규칙적인 표면을 가진 코팅된 기질을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여 불규칙적인 표면을 가진 기질을 코팅하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 틱소트로피성 폴리우레탄 수성 분산액이 수성 폴리우레탄 분산액과 하이드로 플루오로실릭산염으로 이루어지며 산성의 pH를 가진 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 틱소트로피성 폴리우레탄 분산액이 10 내지 50중량%의 고체함량을 함유한 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 틱소트로피성 폴리우레탄 분산액이 20 내지 35중량%의 고체함량을 함유한 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 분산액이 교차결합된 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로실릭산염이 나트륨실리코플루오라이드 및 칼륨실리코플루오라이드중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
