경피 투여용 조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 조성물 또는 참고예의 조성물을 토끼에 경피투여했을때 혈장내 에메다스틴 농도의 시간적 변활르 나타내는 것이다. 도면에서, a곡선은 실시예 5의 조성물을 경피 투여한 경우 혈장내 에메다스틴 농도의 시간적 변화를 나타내고, b곡선은 실시예 8의 조성물을 투여한 경우, 그리고 c곡선은 참고예의 조성물을 투여한 경우의 상기 변화를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 활성성분으로서 1-(2-에톡시에틸)-2-(헥사히드로-4-메틸-1H-1,4-디아제핀-1-일)-1H-벤즈이미다졸, 및 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산 저급알킬 에스테르 또는 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급알킬 에스테를를 함유하는 경피 투여용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 모노카르복실산 저급 알킬 에스테르가 탄소수 6~18의 지방족 포화 모노카르복실산의 C1~C4알킬 에스테르 또는 올레산의 C1~C4알킬 에스테르인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 포화 모노카르복실산 C1~C4알킬 에스테르 총 탄소수가 8~22인 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 포화 모노카르복실산 저급알킬 에스테르가 에틸 옥타노에이트, 에틸 데카노에이트, 에틸 헥사노에이트, 에틸 라우레이트, 에틸 미리스테이트, 이소프로필 미리스테이트, 부틸 미리스테이트, 이소프로필 팔미테이트, 부틸 스테아레이트, 메틸 올레이트, 에틸 올레이트 및 부틸 올레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급알킬 에스테르가 탄소수 6~10의 지방족 디카르복실산의 디-(C1~C4)알킬 에스테르인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급알킬 에스테르의 총탄소수가 10~14인 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급알킬 에스테르가 디에틸 세세이트, 디이소프로필 아디페이트, 디에틸 수베레이트 및 디에틸 아디페이트에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 모노타르복실산 저급알킬 에스테르 또는 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급알킬 에스테르가 활성성분 1중량부에 대하여 0.5~20중량부의 범위로 함유된 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 에스테르의 양이 활성성분 1중량부에 대하여 2~10중량부 범위로 함유되는 조성물.
  10. 활성 성분으로서 1-(2-에톡시에틸)-2-헥사히드로-4-메틸-1H-1,4-디아제핀-1-일)-1H-벤즈이미다졸, 및 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산 저급알킬 에스테르 또는 지방족 디카르복실산 디-저급 알킬 에스테르를 함유하는 경피 투여용 조성물을 포함하는 액상제제, 오일성 연고, 젤, 크림, 로숀 및 스프레이.
