Claims (8)

  1. 각각의 전극팁이 팁을 가공하기 위해 공구(20,21)에서 동공에 삽입에 의해 드레싱되는 스폿용접기등에서 전극(1,2)의 절두원추형 팁을 드레싱하는 방법에 있어서, 각각의 전극팁은 절두원추형 측면(1a,2a)과 측면의 소직경과 인접한 끝면(1b,2b)상에서 드레싱되고 제1가공단계에서 이들 면들중의 하나가 가공를 위한 마지막위치를 결정하기 위해 접촉될때까지 전극팁이 측면(1a,2a) 또는 끝면(1b,2b)을 가공하기 위해 제1공구(20,21)에서 동공내로 삽입되며, 그후 제2가공단계에서 제1가공단계에서 가공된 면이 가공을 위한 마지막 위치를 결정하기 위해 접촉될때까지 전극팁이 끝면(1b,2b) 또는 측면(1a,2a)을 가공하는 제2공구(20,21)에서 동공에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 절두원추형 팁의 드레싱 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1가공 단계에서 전극팁의 절두원추형 측면(la,2a)은 소정의 형상으로 가공되고, 그후 제2가공단계에서 전극의 끝면(1b,2b)은 소정의 모양과 크기로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스폿 용접건 또는 프레스등에서 2개의 대향 전극(1,2)의 전극팁은 각각의 공구(20,21)에서 대향한 동공내에 삽입됨으로서 동시에 드레싱되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 전극팁을 가공하기 위해 프레임(12,18,19)상에 장착되고 모우터로 피구동되며 전극팁의 절두원추형 측면(1a,2a)의 모양에 대응하는 모양을 갖춘 적어도 하나의 절두원추형 동공을 가진 공구(20)로 구성된 스폿용접건, 프레스등에서 전극(1,2)의 절두원추형 팁을 드레싱하는 장치에 있어서, 제2공구(21)는 프레임(12,18,19)상에 배열되며 모우터로 피구동되고, 적어도 하나의 동공을 갖추고 있으며, 그 바닥은 전극팁의 끝면(1b,2b)의 모양에 대응하는 모양을 갖추고 있고, 상기 제1공구(20)는 전극팁의 끝면(1b,2b)이 측면(1a,2a)의 가공완성후 접촉되는 접합부로 구비되어 있고, 상기 제2공구(21)는 끝면(1b,2b)의 가공 완성후 전극의 측면(1a,2b)이 접촉하도록 설계된 접합부로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 절두원추형 팁의 드레싱 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 구동 모우터(22)는 차례로 다른 공구(20)에 구동적으로 연결되는 공구들(21)중의 하나에 구동적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 프레임은 지지플레이트(12)와 호울더부재(16)사이에 변위 가능하게 배열된 공구호울더(19)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 공구호울더(19)의 운동은 볼커플링(49)이 장착된 적어도 하나의 스프링에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극(1,2)의 끝면(1b,2b)가공용 공구(21)는 절삭블레이드(44)가 삽입되는 동공(43)을 갖춘 중간 플레이트(32)로 구성되어 있으며, 한편 2개의 플레이트(31,33)는 중간 플레이트(32)의 양면에 배열되어 있고 그중 적어도 하나는 중간 풀레이트에 삽입된 절삭 블레이드(44)의 도움으로 드레싱을 위해 전극(1,2)의 삽입용 관통구멍(35,40)으로 구비되어 있고, 상기 플레이트(31,32,33)는 체결구(34)에 의해 서로 견고하게 클램프되어 절삭블레이드(44)는 2개의 외부플레이트(31,33)사이에 견고하게 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제4항 내지 제7항중의 어느한 항에 있어서, 공구(20,21)의 각각은 대향한 동공(27; 35,40)으로 이루어져 있으여, 동공은 2개의 전극(1,2)을 동시에 드레싱하기 위해 공구의 회전축선과 동심이며, 그 팁은 서로를 향해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
