Claims (16)
- 습식응결법에 의해 형성된 미세다공성 폴리우레탄층을 가지는 방수성, 수증기투과성 피복직물의 제조방법에 있어서, 베이스직물에 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 수혼화성, 극성 용매 용액을 도포하고, 이렇게 피복된 베이스직물을 수성응결조에 침지시켜 중합체 용액으로 부터 용매를 추출함으로써 베이스직물에 접착된 다공성 폴리우레탄 매트릭스를 형성시킨 후, 피복 직물을 세척 및 건조시켜서 그 위에 미세다공성, 수증기 투과성 폴리우레탄층을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되며, 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 극성 유기용매 용액이 아크릴산 농축제를 함유하고, 베이스직물에 도포하였을 때, 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 점도가 적어도 0.5Pas이며, 얻어진 미세다공성 폴리우레탄층의 습기 투과율이 적어도 600g/㎡/24시이고, 내수압성이 적어도 69KPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 극성 유기용매가 디메틸포름아미드이고 아크릴산중합체 농축제가 디메틸포름아미드에 가용성이며 약1,000,000 내지 약 4,000,000의 분자량은 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 서로 다른 분자량을 갖으며 디메틸포름아미드에 가용성인 2종의 아크릴산 중합체의 혼합물을 농축제로서 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 습기투과율이 적어도 600g/㎡/24시이고, 내수압성이 적어도 69KPa인 우레탄피복층을 가지는 방수성, 수증기투과성 피복직물.
- 습식응결법에 의해 형성된 항미생물성, 미세다공성 폴리우레탄층을 가지는 방수성, 수증기 투과성, 항미생물성 피복직물을 자외광에 의한 열화로부터 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 베이스직물에 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 수혼화성, 극성 유기 용매용액을 도포하고, 이렇게 피복된 베이스직물을 수성응결조에 침지시켜 중합체 용액으로부터 용매를 추출함으로써 베이스직물에 접착된 다공성 폴리우레탄 매트릭스를 형성시킨 후, 피복직물을 세척 및 건조시키는 것으로 구성되며, 상기 폴리우레탄 탄성체 용액이 하기 구조식의 생물학적 활성 실릴 4차 암모늄 화합물을 약 0.01 내지 약 10중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.식중, R은 C11-22알킬이고, R1은 브롬 또는 염소이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 약 0.08 내지 4.0중량%의 생물학적 활성화합물이 용액중에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 곰팡이 확산에 대하여 저항을 가진 제 5 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 방수성, 수증기 투과성, 항미생물성 피복직물.
- 내구적 항미생물성, 적어도 800g/㎡/24시의 습기투과성, 및 적어도 69KPa의 내수압성을 가지는 우레탄 피복직물.
- 습식응결법에 의해 미세다공성 폴리우레탄층을 가지는 방수성, 수증기투과성 피복직물을 자외광열화로부터 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 베이스직물에 방향족 우레탄 탄성체의 수혼화성 극성 유기 용매 피복 용액울 도포하고, 이렇게 피복된 베이스직물을 수성응결조에 침지시켜 중합체 용액으로 부터 용매를 추출함으로써 베이스직물에 접착된 다공성 방향족 우레탄 매트릭스를 형성시킨 후, 피복직물을 세척 및 건조시키는 것으로 구성되며, 상기 폴리우레탄 탄성체 용액이 AATCC 시험법 16A-1982에 따라 20시간 동안 자외광에 대하여 효과적인 보호를 행하기에 충분한 자외광 보호분량의 힌더드아민 자외광안정제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 약 0.1 내지 약 1.0중량%의 자외광안정제가 피복 용액중에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 자외광안정제의 분량이 0.1% 내지 0.5%의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 자외광안정제가 비스(1,2,2,6,6-펜타메틸-4-피페리디닐)세바케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 방수성, 수증기, 흡수성 자외광 방지성 피복직물.
- AATCC 시험법 16A-1982에 따라 20시간 동안 자외광에 의한 열화에 대하여 내성을 가지는 얇은 미세다공성 방향족 우레탄 피복층을 구비하는 피복직물.
- 습식투과율이 적어도 800g/㎡/24이고, 내수압성이 적어도 69KPa이고 AATCC 시험법 16A-1982에 따라 20시간 동안 자외광에 대하여 내성을 가지는 얇은 미세다공성 방향족 우레탄 피복층을 구비한 피복직물.
