Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 에어크리너 덕트 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 에어크리너 하부케이스에 내장 설치되는 덕트를 원터치로 조립가능 하게 하여, 공정수를 줄이고 생산성을 향상시키려는 것으로, 에어크리너 하부케이스 내부에 덕트를 고정하는 자동차의 에어크리너 덕트 취부구조에 있어서, 상기 덕트와 하부케이스를 별도로 구성하되, 하부케이스 측벽과 밀착되는 밀착부와, 그 밀착부 반대쪽으로 소정의 각도로 완곡면을 형성하고 하부케이스의 끼움부가 삽입 고정되는 홈부와 밑단으로는 하부케이스의 걸쇠와 고정되는 꺽임고정부를 형성한 고정부와, 상기 하부케이스 내벽과 접촉되어 기밀을 유지하는 접촉부와, 그 접촉부 반대쪽으로 라운드부에 하부케이스의 끼움부가 삽입되는 홈부를 형성한 공기흡입구를 설치하여 덕트를 형성하고, 상기 홈부에 삽입되며 경사면을 형성한 끼움부를 하부케이스 내벽과 측벽에 돌설하고, 상기 덕트의 고정부가 이루는 각도와 동일하게 고정부의 꺽임고정부가 고정되는 걸쇠를 복수개 돌설하며, 그 걸쇠를 보조하는 보조걸쇠를 걸쇠와 상하대층으로 걸쇠 사이에 다수개 돌설하여 하부케이스를 형성하며, 상기 하부케이스에 덕트를 조립하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 에어크리너 하부케이스(30) 내부에 덕트(10)를 고정하는 자동차의 에어크리너 덕트 취부구조에 있어서, 상기 덕트(10)와 하부케이스(30)를 별도로 구성하되, 하부케이스(30) 측벽(32)과 밀착되는 밀착부(15)와, 그 밀착부(15) 반대쪽으로 소정의 각도(16)로 완곡면(11)을 형성하고 하부케이스(30)의 끼움부(35)가 삽입 고정되는 홈부(26)와 밑단으로는 하부케이스(30)의 걸쇠(40)와 고정되는 꺽임고정부(21)를 형성한 고정부(20)와, 상기 하부케이스(30) 내벽(34)과 접촉되어 기밀을 유지하는 접촉부(25)와, 그 접촉부(25) 반대쪽으로 라운드부(28)에 하부케이스(30)의 끼움부(31)가 삽입되는 홈부(13)를 형성한 공기흡입구(29)를 설치하여 덕트(10)를 형성하고, 상기 홈부(26)(13)에 삽입되며 경사면(36)(33)을 형성한 끼움부(35)(31)를 하부케이스(30) 내벽(34)과 측벽(32)에 돌설하고, 상기 덕트(10)의 고정부(20)가 이루는 각도(16)와 동일하게 고정부(20)의 꺽임 고정부(21)가 고정되는 걸쇠(40)를 복수개 돌설하며, 그 걸쇠(40)를 보조하는 보조걸쇠(45)를 걸쇠(40)와 상하대층으로 걸쇠(40) 사이에 다수개 돌설하여 하부케이스(30)를 형성하며, 상기 하부케이스(30)에 덕트(10)를 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어크리너 덕트 취부구조.
