REVENDICATION DE PRIORITES US 31 Janvier2000 60/179,284 Voir en annexe le titre de l'invention et le texte de l'abrégé Dérivés heterocycliques benzocondenses de nicotinamide, utiles comme inhibiteurs sélectifs des isozymes PDE4 Composés utiles comme inhibiteurs de PDE4 dans le traitement de maladies régulées par l'activation et la dégranulation des cellules éosinophiles, notamment de l'asthme, de la bronchite chronique et d'une maladie pulmonaire obstructrice chronique, répondant à la formule (1.0.0.) dans ladite formule, R5 et R6 sont pris conjointement pour former un groupement de formules partielles (1.1.1.) à (1.1.5) ou un de leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
