Abstract
UTILISATION DES DERIVES DE LA PYRAZOLINE DANS LA PREPARATION D'UN MEDICAMENT POUR LA PREVENTION ET/OU LE TRAITEMENT DES MALADIES DE LA PROLIFERATION DES CELLULES Dérivés de la pyrazoline (I), dans laquelle R1 est hydrogène, méthyle, fluorométhyle, difluorométhyle, trifluorométhyle, acide carboxylique, carboxylate d'alkyle ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, carboxamide ou cyano, R2 est hydrogène ou méthyle, R3, R4, R7 et R8, sont indépendamment hydrogène, chlore, fluor, méthyle, trifluorométhyle ou méthoxy, R5 et R6, indépendamment, sont hydrogène, chlore, fluor, méthyle, trifluorométhyle, méthoxy, trifluorométhoxy, méthylsulfonyle, aminosulfonyle ou acétylaminosulfonyle, à la condition que l'un des substituants R5 ou R6 soit un groupe méthylsulfonyle, aminosulfonyle ou acétylaminosulfonyle, et à la condition que lorsque R1 est méthyle, alors R2 est hydrogène ou méthyle, R3 et R8, sont indépendamment hydrogène, chlore, fluor, méthyle ou trifluorométhyle, R4 est hydrogène, fluor, méthyle, trifluorométhyle ou méthoxy, R5 est fluor, 25 trifluorométhyle, trifluorométhoxy, méthylsulfonyle, aminosulfonyle ou acétylaminosulfonyle, R6, est hydrogène, chlore, fluor, méthyle, trifluorométhyle, méthoxy, ; trifluorométhoxy, méthylsulfonyle, aminosulfonyle ou acétylaminosulfonyle, à la condition que l'un des substituants R5 ou R6 soit un groupe méthylsulfonyle, aminosulfonyle ou acétylaminosulfonyle, et R7 représente un atome d'hydrogène, le chlore, le fluor, un groupe méthyle, trifluorométhyle ou méthoxy; utiles pour la prévention ou le traitement des maladies de la prolifération des cellules.
