Abstract

L'invention concerne des formulations pharmaceutiques topiques contenant du kétoprofène ou son isomère S(+), le dexkétoprofène, ou des mélanges des deux isomères, ainsi que deux filtres UV, de préférence de l'octylméthoxycinnamate et de l'acide phénylbenzimidazolsulfonique, ainsi qu'un antioxydant, de préférence du butylhydroxytoluène (BHT). Ces formulations assurent la photostabilité du principe actif, ne présentent pas ou présentent peu d'effets irritants sur la peau, sont bien tolérées et pénètrent bien dans la peau.
