Abstract

La présente invention concerne une famille de dérivés de phényl-prénylamine de formule (I), et leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies ou troubles cognitifs, neurodégénératifs ou neuronaux, tels que la maladie d'Alzheimer ou la maladie de Parkinson. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ceux-ci. En outre, la présente invention à trait à l'utilisation des composés dans la fabrication d'un médicament pour le traitement et/ou la prévention d'une maladie ou trouble cognitif, neurodégénératif ou neuronal.
