Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår fremgangsmåter for fremstUling og isolering av rekombinante proteiner ved anvendelse av fiisjon protein konstruksjoner som omfatter spesifikke gjenkjermingsseter for en modnende protease. Oppfirmelsen angår spesifikt anvendelse av caspase proteaser for modning av konstruerte rekombinante fiisjonsproteiner eller polypeptider. Disse molekylene blir konstruert ved anvendelse av rekombinant DNA teknologi til å omfatte en spesifikk målsekvens for en caspase mellom en første fiisjonsdel og det aktuelle polypeptidet. Etter prosessering blir det ønskede modne formatet av proteinet eller polypeptidet oppnådd.
