Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye forbindelser, som er 3-fenylpropionsyrederivater med formel I hvori W representerer COOH-gruppe eller dens bioisosterer, eller -COO-C1-C4-alkylgruppe; Y representerer NH, N-C1-C10-alkyl, O eller S; Z representerer NH, N-C1-C10-alkyl, N-aryl, N-heteroaryl, S eller O; X representerer O, S, NH, N-C1-C10-alkyl, N-aryl, NSO2-C1-C10-alkyl, N-SO2-aryl eller N-SO2-heteroaryl; R1 til R8 representerer hver uavhengig hydrogenatom eller en substituent definert i beskrivelsen; A er som definert i beskrivelsen; n representerer et heltall fra 0 til og med 4; og farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav.
