Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte og en anordning ved symmetrering av belastningsfordelingen på pa- rallelt koblede effekthalvledermoduler. Herved justeres enten inn- og utkoblingstidspunktene av modulenes brytere slik at det oppnås en jevn strøm- fordeling på alle moduler under koblingen. Likele- des justeres styringsspenningens verdi slik at det oppnås en jevn strømfordeling ved ledende brytere. Eller det måles på bryterne en temperatur Ts som sammenlignes med en maksimalt tillatt temperatur Tmax, og, hvis temperaturen Ts overskrider mak- simalverdien Tmax, reduseres styringsspenningens verdi.
