Abstract
Trisykliske benzazepiner med den i generelle formel (I) N-R hvor A sammen med de a- og p-merkede karbonatomer er en syklopenten-, syklo- heksen-, furan-, dihydrofuran-, pyran-,dihydropyran-, tiofen-, oksazol-,pyrrol-, pyrrolin-, tetrahydropyridin- eller dioksolring; R1 er H eller alkyl; R2 og R3 er uavhengig av hverandre H, alkoksy, halogen, nitro, cyan eller hydroksy; eller R2 og R3 kan til sammen danne en furan-, dihydrofuran-, syklo- penten- eller dioksolring; og R4 er H, alkoksy, nitro, cyan, hydroksy eller halogen; eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav, er anvendbare ved behandling av visse sykdommer i sentralnervesystemet, f.eks. psykose, smerte, depresjon, søvnforstyrrelser, dyskinesi. Parkinsons sykdom og slag.
