Abstract
eaktorsystem (1) for fastfasesyntese av peptider og fremgangsmåte for drift av reaktoren er fremskaffet. Reaktorsystemet (1) omfatter en kurv (17) som er roterbar om en akse inne i et hus (15) og en mottaker/oppsamlingstank (5) som tilfarer fluid til, og samler opp fluid fra, huset (15). Kurven (17) har en perforert sidevegg (23) som det dannes en harpikskake ()på for peptidsyntesen. Reaktoren (7) og oppsamlingstanken/- mottakeren (5) danner en sløyfe eller krets som løsningene sirkuleres gjennom. Sirkulasjon av løsningene forhindrer at reaktoren oversvømmes slik at kurven ikke neddykkes i løsningen og tillater bruk av mindre væske. Således kan også større aminosyrekonsentrasjoner benyttes. Fremgangsmåten omfatter dannelse av en harpikskake (R) med jevn tykkelse på veggen (23) på kurven (17), og sprøyting av løsningene mot harpikskaken mens kurven roteres. Løsningen vil passere gjennom harpikskaken (R) og ledes bort til oppsamlingstanken (5) for sirkulasjon eller resirkulering gjennom systemet eller fjerning fra systemet. Før en påfølgende løsning tilf øres reaktorsystemet (1), renses den foregående løsningen fra systemet for å bidra til å kontrollere peptidets eksponeringstid for løsningene.
