Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pierscionka. Pierscionek wykonano z bialego zlota i brylantu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3 , gdzie przedstawiono na: - Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka z przodu, - Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Fig. 4 przedstawia przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór pierscionka, wykonany z bialego zlota. Pierscionek jest jednokamieniowy - z brylantem, posiadajacy oprawke koniczna, czterokrapowa. Krapy o przekroju kwadratowym sa sciete przy kamieniu w trójkat. Szyna pierscionka na górze jest przecieta, rozchylona, znacznie pogrubiona i poszerzona. Przekrój szyny na górze ma ksztalt wysokiego trójkata o wypuklych bokach, a przechodzi w dolnej czesci w pólokragly. W rozchylone na boki konce szyny wkomponowana zostala oprawka, w taki sposób, ze boki oprawki przylegaja do boków szyny. The ring is made of white gold and a diamond. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, which show: - Fig. 1 - view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 - front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 - side view of the ring. Fig. 4 shows a variation of the industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique design of the ring, made of white gold. The ring is single-stone – with a diamond, in a conical, four-lobed setting. The square-shaped lobes are cut into a triangle at the stone. The top rail of the ring is cut, flared, significantly thickened, and widened. The cross-section of the rail at the top is shaped like a tall triangle with convex sides, becoming semicircular at the bottom. A setting is incorporated into the laterally flared ends of the rail, so that the sides of the setting adhere to the sides of the rail.
