Tubobutelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tubobutelka, pelniaca role pojemnika do jednostkowego pakowania, glównie wyrobów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc kremy, zele, balsamy, farby do wlosów lub inne wyroby kosmetyczne. Tubobutelka moze znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów chemii gospodarczej, klejów, farb i innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Tubobutelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy glównie z tworzyw sztucznych. These may include creams, gels, balms, hair dyes, or other cosmetic products. The tube bottle can be used as individual packaging for household chemicals, adhesives, paints, and other products. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the tube bottle is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture, primarily from plastics. The industrial design is presented in a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the tube bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 in a front view, Fig. 3 in a side view, and Fig. 4 in a view from the cap side. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing include that the tube bottle, composed of a container part 1 and a cap 2, is shaped as an elongated and flattened solid. This solid has an oval outline in a top view, while from the front, it has a polygonal outline with longer sides 3 slightly inclined and converging towards each other for part of their length. The longer sides 3 merge into sections 4, converging in the opposite direction. The shorter sections 4 of the solid form the outline of the wall of the cap 2. The edge 5 of the tube bottle, on the side opposite the cap 2, is arc-shaped. In a side view, the upper surface 6 of the solid is semicircular. The tube bottle body near the cap 2 is widened on both sides by arc-shaped, bilaterally located offsets 7. The cap 2 is equipped with a hinged lid 8, wherein in the middle, between the fixed part of the cap 2 and the lid 8, a recess 9 is formed.
