Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z tworzyw termoplastycznych oraz z metalu, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest widoczny na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 4, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 4 stanowi monolityczna bryla o profilu niskiego prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej z zaokraglonymi jego narozami, utworzona z zewnetrznego korpusu o tym samym profilu, wykonanego z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego oraz z osadzonego w wykonanym w jego dolnej powierzchni prostopadlosciennym gniezdzie równiez z zaokraglonymi jego narozami i polaczonego z nim trwale metoda wtryskowa elementu o tym samym profilu, lecz w innym kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem tego przezroczystego korpusu, przy czym w osi symetrii tego elementu oraz w dolnej jego powierzchni zlicowanej z powierzchnia tego korpusu osadzona jest stopka metalowa, która stanowi tulejka z dnem, z którego wystaje usytuowany w jej osi montazowy element tulejkowy z gwintem wewnetrznym. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and line layout. The industrial design is visible in the attached illustrations and in figures 1-4, where figure 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 the same handle from the front, figure 3 the same handle from above, and figure 4 the same handle from below. The single-point furniture handle, as shown in the illustration and in the drawing Fig. 1-4, is a monolithic body with a low cuboid profile with a square base and rounded corners, made of an external body of the same profile, made of transparent plastic, and an element of the same profile, but in a different color contrasting with the color of the transparent body, embedded in a cuboid socket made in its lower surface and permanently connected to it by injection molding, wherein a metal foot is embedded in the axis of symmetry of this element and in its lower surface, flush with the surface of this body, which is a sleeve with a bottom, from which a sleeve-type mounting element with an internal thread protrudes, located in its axis. The use of two materials of contrasting colours, including a transparent one, in the construction of this furniture handle allows for a clear visual identification of the shape and colour of the element placed in the body made of transparent material, and thus increases the desired emotional effect for the user of furniture with these handles.
