Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - 4 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego, a fig. 5 - fig. 8 druga odmiane tego uchwytu, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - przedstawia druga odmiane uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawing, in which Figs. 1-4 show the first variant of the furniture handle, and Fig. 5-Fig. 8 show the second variant of this handle. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the second variant of the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 6 shows the same handle in a front view, Fig. 7 shows the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 8 shows the same handle in a side view. The furniture handle according to the first variant of the industrial design shown in the illustration material Fig. 1 and in the drawing Figs. 2-4 is a monolithic profiled body made of a lower cuboidal element acting as its foot, having an internal cuboidal cavity, and in its extension an analogous but shallow cavity, surrounded by a low peripheral frame constituting an extension of the side walls of this element, the upper faces and end parts of its cavity are covered by a flat plate with an analogous but slightly shorter internal cavity, the longer side walls of which are flush with the longer walls of the cavity of the lower element, wherein this plate having a flat upper surface acting as the gripping part of this handle protrudes beyond the side walls of the lower element so that the distance between them The distance of the shorter faces from the shorter walls of the lower element is significantly greater than the distance of their longer faces from the longer walls of this element. The difference between these handles is only that in the handle according to the second variant, its plate-like gripping part has an upper surface in the shape of a flat-convex lens.
