Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu oraz ze szkla, korzystnie ze stopu typu „znal" stanowiacy wyposazenie elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w strukturze i materiale jego górnej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczny korpus metalowy, utworzony z dwóch elementów walcowych o zróznicowanych ich srednicach i wysokosciach, polaczonych ze soba elementem w ksztalcie odwróconego stozka scietego, przy czym korpus ten w widoku z góry na swym obwodzie zewnetrznym ma ksztalt okraglej ramki, wewnatrz której w jego wydrazeniu umieszczona jest okragla szklana wkladka o strukturze wewnetrznej utworzonej z trzech koncentrycznie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie i osi glównej tego uchwytu pierscieni o zróznico- wanych ich szerokosciach, na których powierzchniach rozmieszczone sa symetrycznie figury trójkatne, przylegajace do siebie, z kolei w czole dolnego elementu walcowego o mniejszej srednicy stanowiacego stopke tego uchwytu wykonany jest w osi symetrii tego uchwytu nagwintowany otwór montazowy. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and in the structure and material of its upper surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic metal body, made of two cylindrical elements with different diameters and heights, connected with each other by an element in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, wherein this body in a top view on its external circumference has the shape of a round frame, inside which, in its cavity, there is a round glass insert with an internal structure made of three rings of different widths, concentrically arranged with respect to each other and the main axis of this holder, on whose surfaces triangular figures are arranged symmetrically, adjacent to each other, while in the front of the lower cylindrical element of a smaller diameter, constituting the foot of this holder, a threaded mounting hole is made in the axis of symmetry of this holder.
