Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany ze stopu typu „znal" stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego czesci chwytowej zaopatrzonej w obrotowy uchwyt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy z zamknieta jego obrotowa czescia chwytowa, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt lecz z otwarta jego obrotowa czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany ze stopu typu „znal", stanowi monolityczny korpus w ksztalcie splaszczonej bryly prostopadlosciennej o podstawie kwadratowej, przy czym na górnej powierzchni tego korpusu wykonane jest równiez prostopadlo- scienne wydrazenie otoczone obwodowym odsadzeniem kolnierzowym, którego górna powierzchnia posiada zaokraglenie, które jest zlicowane z zaokraglona górna powierzchnia uchwytu obrotowego przyslaniajacego wydrazenie tego korpusu. Czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu meblowego ma ksztalt lukowo wygietej plytki kwadratowej, która na dolnej powierzchni i w poblizu jednego jej boku ma dwa tulejowe odsadzenia usytuowane naprzeciw siebie, a w bocznych dwóch scianach korpusu pod jego odsadzeniem kolnierzowym wykonane sa dwa usytuowane naprzeciw siebie otwory, w których oraz w tulejkowych odsadzeniach czesci chwytowej osadzona jest os laczaca ze soba obrotowo czesc chwytowa z jej korpusem. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape of its gripping part provided with a rotary handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a single-point furniture handle with its rotary gripping part closed, in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle but with its rotary gripping part open in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - the same handle in a top view. A single-point furniture handle according to an industrial design, made of a "zam" type alloy, is a monolithic body in the shape of a flattened cuboid with a square base, wherein on the upper surface of this body there is also a cuboid cavity surrounded by a circumferential flanged offset, the upper surface of which has a rounding which is flush with the rounded upper surface of the rotary handle covering the cavity of this body. The gripping part of this furniture handle has the shape of an arc-shaped square plate, which has two opposite sleeve-shaped offsets on its lower surface and near one of its sides, and in the two side walls of the body, under its flanged offset, two opposite holes are made, in which and in the sleeve-shaped offsets of the gripping part, an axle is mounted, which rotatably connects the gripping part with its body. Essential features of the industrial design A two-point furniture handle, which is the equipment for doors, doors and drawers of furniture elements, shown in the illustration and in the drawing fig. 1 - 4, is characterized in that: – it is a monolithic profiled block made of its gripping part terminated on both sides with two identical feet offset from it, connected to it from the inside by radii, wherein both the gripping part situated between the two lower radii with a height of approximately 1/3 of the height of this handle and its feet have, in a side view, shapes similar to equilateral trapezoids, the common upper side of which is semicircularly rounded; – the lower flat surfaces of both feet with a rectangular profile are provided with threaded mounting holes, and their width is wider than the width of the lower flat surface of the gripping part, and in addition – the lateral surfaces - outer and inner of both feet are situated at obtuse angles different from each other in relation to the axis of the upper semicircular surface of this handle and in relation to the lower flat surface of its gripping part.PL 19767 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19767 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
