Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, a zwlaszcza w polaczeniu jego szklanej czesci chwytowej z metalowa stopka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly in the combination of its glass gripping portion with a metal foot. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the bottom. The single-point furniture handle, based on an industrial design, consists of an aluminum foot with a rectangular profile and a square base with a threaded mounting hole and a glass gripping part in the shape of a round plate with both edges chamfered, mounted on the upper end of the foot.
