Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka przeznaczona do bezposredniego wysadza- nia roslin jak równiez umieszczania wewnatrz niej innych doniczek z roslinami. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przed- stawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus w ksztalcie stozka scietego o wkleslym obrzezu rozszerzajacym sie ku podstawie, którego wnetrze stanowi stozek sciety wystajacy wezsza czescia nieznacznie poza obrys dolnej czesci korpusu. W górnej czesci zakoncze- nie korpusu stanowi póllukowa powierzchnia, która z jednej strony przechodzi w pierscieniowa opaske a z drugiej laczy sie z wewnetrzna powierzchnia niecki o ksztalcie stozka scietego i zbieznosci w kie- runku jej dna, przy czym w dno niecki ma zewnetrzna pierscieniowa opaske polaczona z wyniesionym w góre denkiem o ksztalcie kola. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus w ksztalcie stozka scietego o wkleslym obrzezu rozszerzajacym sie ku podstawie, którego wnetrze stanowi stozek sciety wystajacy wezsza czescia nieznacznie poza obrys dolnej czesci korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot from the top. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a truncated cone with a concave rim widening towards the base, the interior of which is a truncated cone, the narrower part of which protrudes slightly beyond the outline of the lower part of the body. In the upper part, the body ends in a semi-arc surface, which on one side merges into an annular band and on the other connects to the inner surface of a frustoconical basin, tapering towards its bottom. The bottom of the basin has an outer annular band connected to a raised circular bottom. Essential features of the industrial design: The pot has a monolithic, thin-walled frustoconical body with a concave rim widening towards the base, the interior of which is a frustoconical body, the narrower part of which protrudes slightly beyond the outline of the lower part of the body. In the upper part, the body ends in a semi-arc surface, which on one side turns into an annular band and on the other side connects to the inner surface of the basin in the shape of a truncated cone and converges towards its bottom, while the bottom of the basin has an outer annular band connected to a raised circular bottom, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
