Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest doniczka przeznaczona do bezpo sredniego wysadza- nia ro slin jak równie z umieszczania wewn atrz niej innych doniczek z ro slinami. Istot e wzoru przemys lowego stanowi nowa posta c doniczki, zmierzaj aca do celów estetycznych, przejawiaj aca si e w jej kszta lcie, jak równie z w uk ladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego pokazany jest na za laczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono doniczk e w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczk e w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma monolityczny, cienko scienny korpus w kszta lcie sto zka sci etego rozszerzaj acego si e ku podstawie, którego wn etrze stanowi sto zek sciety. W górnej cz esci zako nczenie korpusu stanowi pó llukowa powierzchnia, która z jednej strony przechodzi w wewn etrzn a powierzchni e o kszta lcie sto zka scietego i zbie zno sci w kierunku jego dna, natomiast z drugiej strony górna cz esc przechodzi w zewn etrzn a powierzchni e w kszta lcie sto zka sci etego i zbie zno sci w kierun- ku góry korpusu. W dolnej cz esci korpus zako nczony jest opaska o kszta lcie walcowego pier scienia, którego srednica jest identyczna jak srednica podstawy zewn etrznego sto zka scietego tworz acego korpus uniesionego ponad sto zkowym dnem korpusu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego Doniczka ma monolityczny, cienko scienny korpus w kszta lcie sto zka scietego rozszerzaj acego sie ku podstawie, którego wn etrze stanowi sto zek sciety. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the flowerpot in a front view, fig. 2 - shows the flowerpot in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a truncated cone widening towards the base, the interior of which is a truncated cone. In the upper part, the end of the body is a semi-arched surface, which on one side passes into the inner surface e in the shape of a truncated cone and converges towards its bottom, while on the other side the upper part passes into the outer surface e in the shape of a truncated cone and converges towards the top of the body. In the lower part, the body is terminated with a band in the shape of a cylindrical ring, the diameter of which is identical to the diameter of the base of the outer truncated cone forming the body raised above the conical bottom of the body.
