Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku sa cyklaminiany tetralkiloamoniowe oraz sposób ich otrzymywania. Zwiazki te maja zastosowanie do dezynfekcji powierzchni. Cyklaminiany tetralkiloamoniowe sa zwiazkami o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym K+ oznacza kation o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R1, R2, R3, oznacza podstawnik alkilowy, prostolancuchowy, zawierajacy od 1 do 18 atomów wegla, lub grupe benzylowa, R4 oznacza podstawnik, alkoksymetylowy, prostolancuchowy, zawierajacy od 1 do 18 atomów wegla. Sposób otrzymywania cyklaminianów tetralkiloamoniowych polega na tym, ze cyklaminiany o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym K+ oznacza kation sodu lub potasu, lub litu, lub amonu poddaje sie reakcji z halogenkiem amoniowym zawierajacym kation o wzorze ogólnym 2, w stosunku molowym 1:1, w temperaturze 283 do 373 K, w wodzie, przez okres 10 min do 48 h, po czym odparowuje sie wode pod zmniejszonym cisnieniem, suszy, a nastepnie dodaje bezwodnego rozpuszczalnika organicznego. Oddziela sie osad, odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, po czym produkt suszy sie w warunkach obnizonego cisnienia w temperaturze 293 do 373 K, korzystnie 330 K.The subject of the invention are tetralkylammonium cyclamates and the method of their preparation. These compounds are used for surface disinfection. Tetralkylammonium cyclamates are compounds of the general formula 1 in which K + is a cation of general formula 2 in which R1, R2, R3, is an alkyl, straight chain substituent containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, or benzyl group, R4 is a substituent, alkoxymethyl , straight chain, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms. The method for preparing tetralkylammonium cyclamates is that cyclamates of general formula 1, in which K + is a sodium, potassium or lithium or ammonium cation, are reacted with an ammonium halide containing a cation of general formula 2, in a molar ratio of 1: 1, at 283 to 373 K, in water, for a period of 10 min to 48 h, after which the water is evaporated under reduced pressure, dried, and then anhydrous organic solvent is added. The precipitate is separated, the solvent is evaporated and the product is dried under reduced pressure at 293 to 373 K, preferably 330 K.
