Abstract

Ujawniono fazy typu roztworów stalych o ograniczonej rozpuszczalnosci skladników w dwuskladnikowym ukladzie zwiazków neodymu(III), o ogólnym wzorze Nd2Mo2-xWxO9 gdzie 0<x<1,00, w którym uklad dwuskladnikowy oznacza dimolibdenian(VI) neodymu(III)-diwolframian(VI) neodymu(III). Sposób wytwarzania faz typu roztworów stalych o ograniczonej rozpuszczalnosci skladników w dwuskladnikowym ukladzie zwiazków neodymu(III), polega na mieszaniu, ujednorodnianiu, wygrzewaniu oraz chlodzeniu i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dimolibdenian(VI) neodymu(III) w ilosci równej lub wiekszej niz 50,00% molowego a mniejszej niz 100,00% molowego miesza sie z diwolframianem(VI) neodymu(III) w ilosci wiekszej niz 0,00% molowego a równej lub mniejszej niz 50,00% molowego. Mieszanine prazy sie w temperaturze od 1073 do 1273 K, nastepnie chlodzi otrzymujac produkt o ogólnym wzorze Nd2Mo2-xWxO9 gdzie 0<x<1,00. W odmianie wynalazku sposób wytwarzania charakteryzuje sie tym, ze miesza sie tlenek neodymu(III) w ilosci 33,33% molowego, tlenek molibdenu(VI) w ilosci równej lub wiekszej od 33,33% molowego a mniejszej od 66,67% molowego oraz tlenek wolframu(VI) ilosci wiekszej od 0,00% molowego a równej lub mniejszej od 33,33% molowego. Suma zawartosci MoO3 i WO3 wynosi zawsze 66,67% molowych. Nastepnie otrzymana mieszanine prazy sie w temperaturze od 823 do 1273 K, po czym chlodzi otrzymujac produkt o ogólnym wzorze Nd2 Mo2-xWxO9 gdzie 0<x<1,00.Phases of the solid solution type with limited solubility of components in the two-component system of neodymium (III) compounds, with the general formula Nd2Mo2-xWxO9, where 0 <x <1.00, in which the two-component system is neodymium (III) dimolybdate (VI) -divungstate (VI) ) neodymium (III). The method of producing solid solution phases with limited solubility of components in the two-component system of neodymium (III) compounds consists in mixing, homogenizing, annealing and cooling, and is characterized by the fact that neodymium (III) dimolybdate (VI) in an amount equal to or greater than 50, 00 mole% and less than 100.00 mole% is mixed with neodymium (III) dicungstate (VI) in an amount greater than 0.00 mole% and equal to or less than 50.00 mole%. The mixture is ironed at a temperature of 1073 to 1273 K, then cooled to give a product of the general formula Nd2Mo2-xWxO9 where 0 <x <1.00. In a variant of the invention, the production method is characterized by mixing neodymium (III) oxide in an amount of 33.33 mol%, molybdenum (VI) oxide in an amount equal to or greater than 33.33 mol% and less than 66.67 mol%, and Tungsten (VI) oxide of an amount greater than 0.00 mole% and less than or equal to 33.33 mole%. The sum of the contents of MoO3 and WO3 is always 66.67 mol%. The mixture obtained is then ironed at a temperature of 823 to 1273 K and then cooled to obtain a product of the general formula Nd2 Mo2-xWxO9 where 0 <x <1.00.
