Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są fazy typu roztworów stałych o ograniczonej rozpuszczalności składników w czteroskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali o ogólnym wzorze Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, gdzie 0<x?1,3, w którym układ czteroskładnikowy oznacza tlenek wanadu(V)-tlenek żelaza(III)-tlenek ołowiu(II)-tlenek strontu. Sposób wytwarzania faz polegający na tym, że związki metali miesza się, ujednorodnia, wygrzewa i chłodzi, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się ortowanadan(V) żelaza(III), pirowanadan(V) ołowiu(II) i pirowanadan(V) strontu w stosunku molowym takim, że suma zawartości FeVO4 Pb2V2O7 i Sr2V2O7 w procentach molowych jest zawsze równa 100,00, przy czym zawartość FeVO4 wynosi zawsze 50,00% mol oraz suma zawartości Pb2V2O7 i Sr2V2O7 również wynosi zawsze 50,00 % mol, przy czym zawartość Pb2V2O7 jest zawsze mniejsza od 50,00 a większa lub równa 17,50% molowych oraz zawartość Sr2V2O7 jest zawsze większa od 0,00 a mniejsza lub równa 32,50% molowych. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów wygrzewa w temperaturach od 570 do 600°C, następnie chłodzi, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, gdzie x mieści się w przedziale 0<x?1,3. Inny sposób wytwarzania faz charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się tlenek wanadu(V), tlenek żelaza(III), tlenek ołowiu(II) i węglan strontu w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu cztero składnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku wanadu(V) wynosi 37,50% molowych i jest stała dla całej serii tworzących się nowych faz typu roztworów stałych oraz w przeliczeniu na składniki układu czteroskładnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku żelaza(III) wynosi 12,50% molowych i jest stała dla całej serii tworzących się nowych faz typu roztworów stałych, natomiast suma zawartości tlenku ołowiu(II) i tlenku strontu wynosi zawsze 50,00% molowych, przy czym zawartość PbO jest zawsze mniejsza od 50,00 a większa lub równa 17,50% molowych oraz zawartość SrO jest zawsze większa od 0,00 a mniejsza lub równa 32,50% molowych. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie wygrzewa w temperaturach od 440 do 600°C, po czym chłodzi, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, gdzie x mieści się w przedziale 0<x?1,3.The subject of the invention are phases of the solid solution type with limited solubility of components in a four-component metal oxide system of the general formula Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, where 0 <x 1.3, in which the four-component system is vanadium oxide-iron (III) oxide -oxide lead (II) strontium oxide. The method of producing phases, which consists in mixing, homogenizing, annealing and cooling metal compounds, is characterized by mixing iron (III) orthovanadate (V), lead (II) pyvanadate (V) and strontium pyvanadate (V) in molar ratio such that the sum of the content of FeVO4 Pb2V2O7 and Sr2V2O7 in mole percent is always equal to 100.00, whereby the content of FeVO4 is always 50.00% mol and the sum of the content of Pb2V2O7 and Sr2V2O7 is also always 50.00% mol, with the content of Pb2V2O7 is always less than 50.00 and greater than or equal to 17.50 mol% and the content of Sr2V2O7 is always greater than 0.00 and less than or equal to 32.50 mol%. The obtained mixture of reagents is annealed at temperatures from 570 to 600 ° C, then cooled, obtaining a product of the general formula Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, where x is in the range 0 <x ≥ 1.3. Another method of producing phases is characterized by mixing vanadium (V) oxide, iron (III) oxide, lead (II) oxide and strontium carbonate in a molar ratio such that, based on the components of the four-component oxide system, the content of vanadium oxide (V ) is 37.50 mol% and is constant for the whole series of new phases of the solid solution type, and calculated for the components of the four-component oxide system, the content of iron (III) oxide is 12.50 mol% and is constant for the entire series of new phases formed solid solutions, while the sum of lead (II) oxide and strontium oxide content is always 50.00 mol%, where the PbO content is always less than 50.00 and greater than or equal to 17.50 mol% and the SrO content is always greater than 0.00 and less than or equal to 32.50 mole%. The obtained mixture of reagents is homogenized by rubbing, and then annealing at temperatures from 440 to 600 ° C, and then cooled, obtaining a product of the general formula Pb2-xSrxFeV3O11, where x is in the range 0 <x ≥ 1.3.
