Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy kokryształu sulfametazyny z sulfametazimiun-bis-4-nitrobenzeno- fosfonianem o wzorze 1, który znajduje zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym. Ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania kokryształu sulfametazyny z sulfametazimiun-bis-4-nitrobenzenofosfonianem charakteryzujący się tym, że 0,1 mmol sulfametazyny i 0,1 mmol kwasu 4-nitrobenzenofosfonowego umieszcza się korzystnie w moździerzu agatowym, po czyni uciera się z 2 kroplami rozpuszczalnika przez około 1 minutę, następnie całość rozpuszcza się w 10 ml wybranego rozpuszczalnika lub mieszaniny składającej się z 5 ml wybranego rozpuszczalnika oraz 3 ml wody. Następnie roztwór miesza się szybkością 100 - 300 rpm przez około 10 - 20 minut w temperaturze 50°C, po czym klarowny roztwór pozostawia się w celu powolnego odparowania rozpuszczalnika w warunkach temperatury pokojowej, w wyniku czego po 2 do 4 dniach uzyskuje się kokryształ sulfametazyny z sulfametazimiun-bis-4-nitrobenzenofosfonianem w postaci pomarańczowych kryształów w kształcie igieł.The invention relates to a sulfamethasine co-crystal with sulfametazimun-bis-4-nitrobenzene phosphonate of formula 1 which is used in the pharmaceutical industry. Also disclosed is a method for producing a sulfamethasine co-crystal with sulfametazimun-bis-4-nitrobenzene phosphonate characterized in that 0.1 mmol of sulfamethasine and 0.1 mmol of 4-nitrobenzenophosphonic acid are preferably placed in an agate mortar, then grated with 2 drops of solvent for about 1 minute, then all is dissolved in 10 ml of the selected solvent or a mixture consisting of 5 ml of the selected solvent and 3 ml of water. The solution is then stirred at 100-300 rpm for about 10-20 minutes at 50 ° C, after which the clear solution is allowed to slowly evaporate the solvent at room temperature, resulting in a sulfamethasine co-crystal after 2 to 4 days sulfametazimiun-bis-4-nitrobenzene phosphonate in the form of orange needle-shaped crystals.
