Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób syntezy i oczyszczania nukleozydu i/lub nukleotydu, stanowiącego mono-, di- lub trójfosforan, polegający na tym, że przeprowadza się reakcje cykloaddycji alkinowo-azydkowej Huisgena związku o wzorze ogólnym 1 ze związkiem wybranym z grupy związków o wzorach ogólnych od 2 do 5. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zmodyfikowany nukleozyd i/lub nukleotyd o wzorze ogólnym 1, cząsteczka DNA i biblioteka oligonukleotydów zawierające jeden lub więcej zmodyfikowany nukleotyd oraz zastosowanie biblioteki oligonukleotydów do selekcji aptamerów.
