Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe ciecze jonowe z kationem alkilo-1,ω-bis(tribulylofosfoniowym) oraz anionami L-proliny lub L-histydyny, o wzorach 1 i 2, w którym R oznacza łańcuch alkilowy o atomach węgla 4 albo 8, albo 12. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że do dibromku alkilo-1,ω-bis(tributylofosfoniowego), dodaje się soli potasowej albo sodowej L-proliny lub L-histydyny, w stosunku molowym dibromku bis-fosfoniowego do soli sodowej albo potasowej 1:2, przy czym reakcje przeprowadza się w temperaturze od 25°C przez 30 minut, w metanolu lub etanolu, następnie odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, dalej dodaje się acetonitrylu, po czym wytrącony produkt uboczny odsącza się, z kolei z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalniki, a powstały produkt suszy się w temperaturze 60°C. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie nowych cieczy jonowych z kationem alkilo-1,ω-bis(tribulylofosfoniowym) oraz anionami L-proliny lub L-histydyny, jako środki czyszczące powierzchnie użytkowe.The subject of the invention are new ionic liquids with an alkyl-1,ω-bis(tribulylphosphonium) cation and L-proline or L-histidine anions of the formulas 1 and 2, in which R is an alkyl chain with 4, 8 or 12 carbon atoms. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in adding potassium or sodium salt of L-proline or L-histidine to alkyl-1,ω-bis(tributylphosphonium) dibromide, in a molar ratio of bis-phosphonium dibromide to sodium salt or potassium 1:2, the reactions being carried out at a temperature of 25 ° C for 30 minutes, in methanol or ethanol, then the solvent is evaporated, acetonitrile is further added, then the precipitated by-product is filtered off, and the filtrate is evaporated solvents and the resulting product is dried at 60°C. The subject of the application is also the use of new ionic liquids with an alkyl-1,ω-bis(tribulylphosphonium) cation and L-proline or L-histidine anions as cleaning agents for usable surfaces.
