Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są 2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propioniany alkilodimetylo(karboksymetylo)amoniowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie: R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy prostołańcuchowy, zawierający od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla oraz anion 2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propionianowy. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że czwartorzędowy chlorek alkilodiemtylo(karboksymetylo)amoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy prostołańcuchowy, zawierający od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z solą sodową lub potasową lub litową lub amonową kwasu 2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propionowego w stosunku molowym czwartorzędowej soli amoniowej do soli kwasu od 1 : 0,9 do 1 : 1,1, korzystnie 1 : 1, w temperaturze co najmniej 20°C, w środowisku wodnym, po czym produkt reakcji wydziela się metodą ekstrakcji dwufazowej za pomocą rozpuszczalnika organicznego z grupy: chloroform albo octan etylu, po czym oddziela się fazę organiczną, dalej rozpuszczalnik usuwa. The application also contains a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the quaternary alkyldiethyl (carboxymethyl) ammonium chloride of the general formula 2, wherein R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from four to sixteen carbon atoms, is subjected to an anion exchange reaction with a sodium salt or potassium or lithium or ammonium 2- (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic acid in a molar ratio of quaternary ammonium salt to acid salt from 1: 0.9 to 1: 1.1, preferably 1: 1, at a temperature of at least 20 ° C , in an aqueous medium, after which the reaction product is isolated by two-phase extraction using an organic solvent from the group: chloroform or ethyl acetate, then the organic phase is separated, further the solvent is removed. The subject of the application is also the use of alkyldimethyl (carboxymethyl) ammonium 2- (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionates, referred to as herbicides.
