Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania alfa-pinenu w obecności katalizatora tytanowo-silikatowego, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr/minutę, w atmosferze tlenu, przy czym do reaktora szklanego wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności α-pinen, później katalizator, a na samym końcu doprowadza się tlen przez bełkotkę stosując przepływ tlenu 40 ml/min. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator tytanowo-silikatowy stosuje się Ti-SBA-15 o zawartości tytanu 0,76% wagowych, w ilości 0,025-1,50% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej. Proces utleniania prowadzi się w temperaturze 80-130°C, w czasie od 1 godziny do 24 godzin.The subject of the application is a method of oxidation of alpha-pinene in the presence of a titanium-silicate catalyst, at atmospheric pressure, with a mixing intensity of 500 rpm, in an oxygen atmosphere, where the glass reactor is first fed with α-pinene, then with the catalyst, and then with at the very end, oxygen is supplied through the sparger using an oxygen flow of 40 ml/min. The method is characterized in that Ti-SBA-15 with a titanium content of 0.76% by weight, in the amount of 0.025-1.50% by weight in the reaction mixture, is used as a titanium-silicate catalyst. The oxidation process is carried out at a temperature of 80-130°C, for 1 hour to 24 hours.
