Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu, w fazie ciekłej, w obecności montmorylonitu przemytego HCl jako katalizatora, przy ilości katalizatora od 1% do 10% wagowych, w temperaturze 50°C - 150°C, w atmosferze powietrza i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr/min, przy czym do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator, a proces izomeryzacji geraniolu prowadzi się w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się montmorylonit przemyty 0,5M roztworem wodnego HCl o składzie chemicznym: Si 18,22%, Al 2,41%, Fe 2,46%, K 2,42%, P 0,140%, Ti 0,49%, Ca 0,26%, Cl 0,19%.The subject of the application is a method of isomerization of geraniol, in the liquid phase, in the presence of montmorillonite washed with HCl as a catalyst, with the amount of catalyst from 1% to 10% by weight, at a temperature of 50°C - 150°C, in an air atmosphere and under atmospheric pressure, with a stirring intensity of 500 rpm, wherein geraniol is introduced into the reactor first, and then the catalyst, and the geraniol isomerization process is carried out for a time of 15 minutes to 24 hours, which is characterized in that montmorillonite washed with a 0.5M aqueous HCl solution is used, with the chemical composition: Si 18.22%, Al 2.41%, Fe 2.46%, K 2.42%, P 0.140%, Ti 0.49%, Ca 0.26%, Cl 0.19%.
